What Lawyers Do

Yesterday it finally happened – the oral argument in Wyeth v. Levine at the Supreme Court – where at issue is if drug-makers are shielded from failure to warn lawsuits when the FDA has approved the labeling for a drug. Reports indicate that the justices appeared to be closely split, with some searching for a narrow way to decide the issue.
